☀️ Beautiful Chaos & Summer Rituals
Finding Your Why in the Wild Ride of Life
Hi Wherever Co. community 💛
Whew… where do I even begin? It’s been a time lately, and honestly, writing to you all feels like a little ritual in itself these days. From March through June, life was in full-blown chaos mode — beautiful, nonstop chaos — and while I don’t want to say “it’s just my job,” that season always seems to take over in the wildest ways.
Grateful? Absolutely. But if I’m being real… my body has been in fight-or-flight mode just trying to get through it all. And somehow — thread by thread — I made it through. Literally. I was hanging on like the light fixture we just replaced at home, only for the old one to fall onto the new one and kind of break it. But hey — we’re choosing to find beauty in the mess. Oh, and did I mention we moved houses in the middle of it all... and are heading out for vacation soon? If it’s not one beautiful thing, it’s another. Life is full — in every way.
But this post isn’t a complaint. It’s an acknowledgment of the chaos, and a reminder to come back to your why through it all. I really believe in the power of little rituals — the ones that ground you, fuel you, and help you show up for all the things you not only need to do, but get to do.
Melissa Wood Health once said something that stuck with me:
“You don’t need to do anything. You get to do it.”
That shift in perspective? Game-changer. I choose to come back to the things that make me feel good — body, mind, and soul. A homemade latte. A walk. A slow moment in the kitchen. A cookie. Movement. These are the tiny, magical rituals that make all the big things possible. So let’s all take a deep breath in… inhale all the goodness, and exhale the chaos that’s swirling around us It’s there — but so is your clarity, your patience, your purpose.
As I sat down to write this, I had just made the best little protein biscuits (if you can call them that). And you know we don’t gatekeep here....
Here’s the tip:
I subbed half the flour for whole wheat
added turkey bacon & kale
Used an ice cream scoop to portion them — they come out looking like little egg bites
Bake time varies — mine needed 5 mins less than usual, but follow your oven’s lead!

Now that things are settling, I’m beyond excited to be back in the swing of things and share all the goodness coming from Move Together Movement — starting with our very first workshops launching this summer!
Let’s kick things off by sharing something positive below. What’s a ritual, moment, or little joy keeping you grounded right now?
Can’t wait to keep moving, grooving, and growing together 💫
With love,
Victoria
