✨ Embracing the Good Uncomfortable ✨

Finding my footing in the whirlwind

A happy new year feels very overdue to say—probably because this year didn’t ease in gently at all. I don’t know if it’s the specific season of life I’m in or just the energy of this year, but wow… it’s been a whirlwind.

Now that I’m finally on the other side of it, I’m realizing something important: being placed in an uncomfortable situation—as long as it’s the good kind of uncomfortable—is actually a really powerful place to be. Growth doesn’t happen when things feel easy, and while I know that’s something we hear all the time (and I promise I’m not here to preach), it’s also very real. Life is always changing and evolving, and we tend to grow the most when we’re stretched a little.

That said—let me be clear—I don’t handle change with a constant smile on my face. Absolutely not. To say the past few weeks… or honestly, months… were easy would be a lie. You might’ve noticed some silence on my socials, and that was intentional. I had to step back from the fun, creative moments to focus on the work that needed to get done—while still juggling everything else that life was asking of me.

And while I learned a lot during that time, I’m genuinely happy to be on this side of it now. My creative outlets are what keep me grounded and moving forward. I truly love what I do. Even when it pulls me away from certain things, at the end of the day it allows me to show up as my best self—and that makes the sacrifices worth it.

So, what’s new? Other than cutting my hair—not out of stress, but purely out of a why not? moment —not much has changed. I was so attached to growing it out for my wedding, but honestly, I’ve never felt more like me than I do now. Lately, I’ve been head-down in work, trying to buy a house, planning a wedding, and making a conscious effort to take time for myself every single day. Writing that out actually makes me laugh because it’s kind of wild that I’m attempting all of this at once—but it’ll all happen in time. A reminder I’m constantly giving myself: the show must go on.

The busiest season of the year is officially here for my line of work, so we keep moving forward. And what’s been fueling me through it all? Good coffee, long walks, plenty of sleep, and the excitement that spring is right around the corner. I cannot wait to dress up again, feel cute, and soak in the sunshine.

Today isn’t about complaining—it’s simply about showing up again. I’m happy to be back, sharing this life, and continuing the journey with you. 💛

A PLACE TO MOVE, LEARN & CONNECT.

WHEREVERCO. was created from a simple belief:

Movement should make you feel more connected to yourself — not less.

Whether we're teaching a dancer, supporting an educator, creating a workshop, or building community, our work begins with the same question:

How can we help people feel seen, supported, and confident in where they are — while giving them the tools to discover where they can go?

WHEREVERCO. brings together movement, education, creativity, and community to create experiences that meet people where they are and help them move forward.
